  1. My partner and I are trying keto gor the first time. Looking forward but most recipes require almond flour and my partner can't eat nuts due to allergies. What do you suggest instead?

  3. The recipes are wonderful. But, as with ALL recipes you have to make huge batches. I am alone and don't want multiple servings or to freeze food. I wish someone out there would cook for people like me. And, yes, I know that I can cut the recipe down.

  4. Haven't had that in long time buck wheat waffles or pancakes . Oh boy that's a craving in its self .Waffles, ham and poached eggs on toast with fresh fruit, jelly, and syrup for waffles.

  5. Did i miss a step in the first vidieo with the waffle…do you cook the filling at all because wasnt that raw egg …ive watched it twice but i was up all night 😴😴
