  2. Hello, have you considered this diet plan called the Okibetonic Secrets? My buddy says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also read many excellent review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  3. YOUR cooking similar with my mother. Everything in one plate.

Thank you. I appreciate your recepies 💟

  4. This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just got the diet plan (created it from Dietarize iirc) at the age of 22 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend everyone to take care of their diet first, the rest will come naturally.

  5. You know, judging by the comments I thought that chicken in the first clip was going to be raw as hell, but its like lightly blush at worst, and some of its honestly just because of the warmer lighting. Its just barely under done.

Also, just to let you guys know, so long as it passes 165F, the color doesn't matter. All pathogens die at that temperature.

  6. All most 11 million views.
Now that's a lot of dead chickens.
Sad how people could not care less about them.

  7. Another tip with chicken is, if you want to have a deeper fully taste, just do one more main step.
Marinate the chicken with your desired spices / herbs then pack and store in the refrigerate for around 4-24 hours. The meat will be more infused with spices/herbs and hence taste much better.

  8. Chicken should cook properly with lid pour little water and cook it on lower heat at least 15 to 20 mints to kill all the bacteria

  9. Please do not peel cucumbers, you're throwing away a significant amount of fiber and nutrients.
