  9. I have a suggestion for the first egg sandwich recipe. Instead of using low-fat mayo, use greek yogurt and skip the mustard. It'll taste creamy and tangy and great!

  10. do you have a recipe book out yet? maybe plan it out to be like a meal plan with all the nutrition facts etc. i struggle with having all the correct grocery items for the week and planning the meal to use up items so there is no waste.
