Avocado Egg sandwich
Ingredients:
2 bread slices, whole grain
1 Hard-boiled egg
1/2 Avocado, small
1-2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper and paprika)
Chives
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice.
2. Chop boiled egg and add to mashed avocado. Add chives, seasoning and mix until combined.
3. Spread over the bread and serve.

Tuna sandwich
Ingredients:
2 bread slices, whole grain
1 Tuna can
2 tablespoons Low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Mustard
Green onion
1/4 Red onion, chopped
1-2 Lettuce leaves
Seasoning to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
2. Spread tuna mixture over the bread. Serve.

Caprese sandwich
Ingredients:
2 bread slices, whole grain
2oz (60 grams) Mozzarella cheese, low fat
2 slices Tomato
4-5 Basil leaves
2 teaspoons Olive oil
Seasoning to taste
Directions:
1. Lightly brush bread slices with olive oil and toast.
2. Place basil leaves as a first layer, then mozzarella cheese, then tomatoes. Serve.

Chicken and yogurt sandwich
Ingredients:
2 bread slices, whole grain
2oz (60g) Chicken breast, shredded
1/3 cup (80g) Plain yogurt
1 Small celery, chopped
3-4 Olives, chopped
6-8 Spinach leaves
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
2. Place spinach leaver over first slice of bread, spread chicken-yogurt mixture and top with second bread slice. Serve!

Scrambled eggs sandwich
Ingredients:
2 bread slices
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Olive oil
Arugula/Spinach leaves
10-15 grams Feta cheese
1/4 Onion, chopped
Directions:
1. In a medium sized pan heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
2. In a small bowl beat eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs and scramble them.
3. Place some leaves on the bread, place scrambled eggs over the leaves, crumble feta cheese and top the second bread slice. Serve!

  1. Only half healthy. Meat and fish are full of parasites and poisons. Pork has at least 18 parasites. Bread is made with unhealthy ingredients. Unleavened wholemeal bread should be used instead. Is egg free range and that is another unhealthy item. Don't talk about health if U haven't read Ellen Gould White (1827-1915) "Counsel on Diet." In the beginning Adam and Eve were fruitarians only. Too much white salt, white sugars, MSG, spices all destroy our life giving machinery. Our Holy God, Who is from everlasting to everlasting (Jesus Christ) created us and the world and He knows what is healthy and not healthy. II Timothy 2:16 KJV 1611.
