Recipes:

Chicken with White Beans in Tomato Sauce
2 x Chicken Thighs
2 x Scallions
1 cup White Beans
2 pieces Garlic
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Chicken with Broccolini and Mustard Dressing
1 handful Broccolini
2 x Chicken Thighs
1 x Eggs
1 x Lemon
1tsp Mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Shrimps in Coconut Milk
2 cups cubed Pumpkin
2/3 cup Coconut Milk
250g Shrimps
2 pcs Garlic
1 tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp fish sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup white rice to serve.

Spicy Tuna Sweet Potato Pancake
1 cup grated Sweet Potato
½ cup Canned Tuna
1 Eggs
1 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tbsp minced Chives
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Fish and Greens
2/3 cup Frozen Peas
1 cup chopped Kale
1 Lemon
2x Basas filets
½ cup Almond Milk
1tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

  5. sad u arent vegan can u try flax eggs? you might feel better…tofu blocks can be used in place of meats…flax eggs for mixing are made with water and flacks seeds….check out nikki vegan…amanda ducks from Australia eats really yummy vegan foods I think u will feel happier! it makes u feel good hat nothing died for your eating pleasure!! go vegan!

Just discovered your channel…Omg, finally a simple clean cut uncomplicated channel, just what I’ve been looking for, getting to old for all these complicated recipes, the lesser ingredients the better for me … Hi I’m from Queensland Australia, I hope hope Australia was good to you & you managed some sort of a happy holiday considering the circumstances. Thank you for your simple easy cooking. I managed to spread on the weight way more than yourself but slowly removing it. May I ask you while being in Australia did you find it difficult getting your usual ingredients that you would use in the States (I’m presuming you are from the USA) when I watch some videos on YouTube & there from the USA it’s hard to find the spices ect .   11. Does it have to be thighs? My bf and I usually don't like food with them as it always ends up tasting weird, even if from restaurant. Esp. if on pizza, kebab etc.

  15. I like the recipes but I need some recipes that are vegetables no corn no squash I can have any meat and I can have cheese 🧀 no oatmeal can you do that
