1) Bulletproof Coffee + Pea Protein + Collagen
Ghee contains butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid – butyric acid is an essential nutrient for the digestive system because it helps maintain healthy cells throughout the GI tract, and provides energy to the cells in your large intestine
Ghee is also a rich source of the essential fat soluble vitamins: A, D, E, and K
Blending the fat into the coffee is believed to break the fats into micelles, which bind to caffeine molecules; from there, they’re all broken down together at the pace of the slowest part of the molecule – in this case, the fats
Pea protein is derived from ground yellow split peas and often from a mechanical rather than the chemical separation of soy and whey proteins – this allows the pea protein to also retain soluble fiber, which is known to provide many benefits to both cardiovascular and gastrointestinal health
Polyphenolics, in coloured seed coat types in particular, which may have antioxidant and anticarcinogenic activity, saponins which may exhibit hypocholesterolemic and anticarcinogenic activity, and galactose oligosaccharides (byproduct of pea protein production) which may exert beneficial prebiotic effects in the large intestine*

Specifically, all energy production and storage are dependent on phosphorylated compounds, such as adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and creatine phosphate
Nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), which are responsible for the storage and transmission of genetic information, are long chains of phosphate-containing molecules
Additionally, the phosphorus-containing molecule 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG) binds to hemoglobin in red blood cells and regulates oxygen delivery to the tissues of the body

Ok so this really not no keto …but I do vegan right now and new to it …was wondering if know anything about that and the morning star products if they are bad or good for you ….if you dont can u please point to some who can Doing keto works but I can not handle meat so I need something high in protein and i like the veggies burgers / chicken stuff just need to know if they are healthy and beneficial…thank u so much …ps down 110 lbs

I fail to understand why people continue to limit their breakfast intake to "breakfast foods". You can eat whatever foods you want for breakfast for cripes sakes. Have some salmon or chicken.
I have steel cut oats some days. I add toasted shaved almonds, berries, unsweetened almond milk. No problem. I do walk at my local track for an hour a day in the morning.

Yes, I DID quit cold-turkey. My physical was last week and the doctor was impressed with the bloodwork. He asked me how:
– Borderline fatty liver is no longer.
– Cholesterol levels are back in check.
– Blood/sugar is within normal range.
– Blood pressure still a bit high at 148/85 (normal for someone in their 60's is 140/80).
– Dropped 20 pounds (10 kilo).
– And I'm training for a half-marathon in the spring (13.1 miles / 21 km).
– All this was accomplished over the summer and fall of 2021 – WITHOUT – medicines.
I'm 20 years, US Navy, Retired and becoming younger. My energy is through the roof.

Keto should not be followed by healthy people, and there must be medical supervision. If you want to lose fat or cellulite then definitely try the Agoge diet, it worked wonders for me…
