The problem is it would cost a fortune for me to get all these ingredients stocked in my kitchen. If I spent $400 dollars on ingredients and didn’t like it……it would be pretty upsetting.
Just looked up the black soy beans. I never knew they existed but 1 half cup only has 1 net carb.
He states "you thought you couldn't eat black beans on Keto but here's how". I don't remember him stating exactly how they are KETO?
