  3. My favourite brekkie is to pan fry half an onion in butter, saute then add zahara spice, three finely sliced silver beets leaves including stems. When wilted I press spoon into beets to make two wells where I drop a couple of eggs which are each topped with a tablespoon of grated cheddar or feta. I place a clear pan lid over it and remove when wilted to devour. Love the contrasting flavours and texture.

  6. Excellent ideas! Do you have a carb count on these recipes? I'll be starting the Keto diet soon and need to count the carbs, beginning with no more than 20 grams per day till I reach my weight goal.
