A nutrient filled nuts nack | Paleo mixture diet recipes

A spicy, salty, crispy paleo snack…
Here is the recipe!


1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pista (optional)
1/2 cup macadomia (optional)
1/2 cup Sunflower seed / cucumber seed
1/2 pumpkin seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 handful of curry leaves

Direction :

Soak the almonds over night and dry for a day then roast it in stove or microwave and keep aside. (This process video link is here)

Heat ghee and roast cashewnuts and keep aside.

In a pan dry fry the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds seperately until the color changed slightly over medium heat and keep aside.

Heat ghee and add mustard seeds.

Then add turmeric , chilli powder, curry leaves and salt.

Add all the nuts into the pan and fry until the curry leaves getting crispy.

Stir well over medium heat.

Keep aside for a while, the mixture will become crisp.

Tasty mixture is ready to eat!
