Easy Egg Muffin- Healthy Breakfast Recipe for kids by Tiffin Box | Vegetable Omelette Muffins Recipe

Hello lovelies,
Today’s recipe is the best Egg muffin recipe for kids Tiffin or Breakfast….. Egg Muffins are the perfect breakfast option for busy mornings. Loaded with loaded with beneficial fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals.
To make this egg omelet here I add chicken sausage but you can add fresh/boiled chicken meat. I hope your kids will enjoy this healthy and yummy breakfast.

Things we’ll need to make:

Eggs – 6, medium-sized
Milk / Cream – 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper TO TASTE

Chopped chicken sausage – 2 tblsp
Mixed veggies- 1.5 cups, any type of vegetable that you like.
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
