  1. Thank you.I must found you .I am trying to start eating a very healthy diet.My problem is iam on a blood thinner which i hope to get off in time because it has hurt my stomach. Currently i cannot eat tomatoes or onions due to my stomach issues on the blood thinners. I just love pesto and all the pesto and sauces in the grocery stores are loaded with hugh amounts of salt.Would you know where i could get a very low salt pesto sauce ? I love all your dishes.I would like to make the first one, except i do not think my stomach will let me have salsa right now.I use organic cold pressed olive oil and organic toasted sesame seed oil and Balsamic oil.I do not buy any salad oils already made as they are all heavily salted with alot of fat.I hope too to get off my BP med with 4 oz of beet juice a day.I eat alot of salmon, tuna and veggies but i recently read alot of good stuff about Quinoa and want to substitute it in place of my brown rice.   4. i'm trying to fix an iron deficiency and have migrated to quinoa from pasta due to it. try this as your mighty iron quinoa bowl:

    – quinoa [1/2 cup] <—-high in iron, amongst other things
    – tomato [i'm using one hydroponic tomato] <—c for absorption
    – red pepper [also one hydroponic] <—–c & a for absorption
    – lime [including the peel] [one hydroponic] <—–c for absorption
    – carrot [55 g. ish.] <—-a for absorption
    – kale [50 g. ish]<—-more iron & more a,c for absorption
    + spices
    – 1 tbsp paprika <——-iron, a, c
    – 1 tsp raw, hulled sunflower seeds <—-iron
    – 1 tbsp ground cumin <——–iron
    – 1 tbsp oregano <———-iron
    – 1 tbsp basil <———iron
    – 1 tbsp thyme <—–iron
    – 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds <—-iron
    + dressing:
    – 1 tbsp ground flax seed
    – 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    – 5 dashes of frank's red sauce
    – 1 big tsp of nutritional yeast
    – 1 cup of the most fortified vanilla soy milk you can find
