Healthy Breakfast Recipe with Cottage Cheese / Show Me The Curry



Try this quick healthy breakfast with cottage cheese that will keep you going until lunch or have it as a protein packed snack after a workout. We love the fact that it is easy to make and in fact, can be made ahead so when you return post workout, you can just relish it. Enjoy and stay healthy!

  3. that a nice cottage cheese!!!!))) sadly we dont have something like that because moust of the cottage cheese in our magazins is 100% natural…so its hard and dry..allot of protein thou but hard to swallow)….and im tring to find some recepies involved cottage cheese like we have)))) we have greekyougurt-like cottage cheese but in 100-150 gr packeges and i need 2-3 of them per meal to heat my protein requerment

  5. the fat found within cottage cheese is primarily saturated fat. Saturated fat has been found to be linked to the development of cardiovascular disease, stroke and even some types of cancer. Therefore, researchers suggest limiting saturated fat from your diet, or even better, avoiding it entirely. While saturated fat is dangerous for good health,the low amount found in cottage cheese is not significantly dangerous enough to promote eliminating it from your diet.I just meant its not entirely good

  6. I disagree, the ladies have done their research. Low fat cottage cheese is LOW fat and contains loads of protein, As a bodybuilder I eat this a lot. I love this channel as they provide healthy delicious recipes for the health conscious.

  7. it has some protiens but also cholestral, look up what is in low fat cottage cheese, it is a chemical crap storm. It outweighs any good benefits of the cheese.

  8. I like it but wouldn't really say that its extremely healthy. All that cheese is high in fat and acidic, that apple is ok but its full of sugar, almonds were the only ones that have protiens. Also that cottage cheese looks like it has alot of chemical based ingredients. I like what you girls are going for but your breakfast is pretty high in fat and acidic. That looks like a great snack though 馃檪 Cheers ladies!

  9. I'm not sure why you say that pistachios are unhealthy. According to the USDA, they have an almost identical nutritional profile to almonds.
