Gonna start. Just watched "Fat the documentary" can someone answer for me… I am activly attempting to quit smoking and chewing Nicotine gum. Will this in any way effect me getting into Ketosis?

I eat predominantly OMAD Carnivore but add a little Keto to keep my diet interesting.

After a month of workout and less carbs diet, I lost 3 kilos and 2 inches from my waistline. When I stopped the workout for 2 days (I went on a vacation), I gained 1 kilo and an inch of my waistline.
I lost 5 I gained 8 😂😭
I came of keto when I went on holiday and have found it hard to get back can any one help me please 🙏 😭

I am sure that I can stay in diet always …but this keto diet I'm not sure …see I can practice this until I get my target weight but I want to know what if after that I stay in my normal diet not strictly following the keto diet but yes I can do this partially …so please tell me will it lead me to gain back again quick ..I want to know the transit I may undergo after I got into the target weight but then after If I do it partially
