The is exactly what I ate on the ketogenic diet while I was losing weight in 2019 and my exact meal plan while I lost a total of 130lbs! No sugar , no carbs OMAD Weight loss meal ideas. Here are easy Keto recipes and what i ate in a day on keto.

Avocado oil, Brain Octane Oil, cacao butter, cod liver oil, grass-fed butter and ghee, krill oil, MCT oil, pastured bacon fat, pastured egg yolk, pastured lard, pastured marrow, pastured tallow, sunflower lecithin, virgin coconut oil,cheese.

Vegetables:
Asparagus, avocado, bitter greens, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, chard, collards, cucumbers, endive, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, nori, olives, radish, spinach, summer squash, zucchini.

  1. 🧡Showing you guys exactly what I ate on the keto diet . These types of meals are what I ate lose 100lbs in 4 months. I would only eat one of these a day. I made 3 different meals for an example of different OMAD styles.

    💚I am a vegan NOW. When I was on my weight loss journeys , I ate meat and dairy and followed regular keto . I lost my weight in 2019 . 2020 is when I transitioned to veganism. This is what I USED to eat in 2019 when I lost 100LBS .

  2. I want to lose a whole lot of weight fast but I'm so afraid of looking like a deflated balloon after 😂

  3. Chicken and brocolli is protein and carbs to some people. So the keto diet is basically no bad carbs or insulin spiking foods.

  4. I have been on my weight loss journey for many years after having children and have been successful by just simply giving myself grace. take your time, applied yourself for the small changes and be patient with yourself. I am now new to KETO and loving it! Thank you for sharing your story 💗

  12. I’m a little confused. You said I’m your previous email you are 1500 calories in your OMAD but the only meal that was 1500 calories was the 3 burgers
