100 Gm Mushroom
5-7 leaves of Palak (Spinach)
50 Gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1/3 Capsicum (bell Pepper)
1/4 Onion

4-5 cloves Garloc
Broccoli

25 gm Cheddar cheese or processed cheese
1ts oregano

1ts chilli flakes

salt & Pepper powder

1ts Butter

  1. I had trouble knowing what to eat, I’m new and my main goal is to build muscle and what worked for me is the keto diet that I got from ketogenerator.online . I’ve been using it for a couple of months and It’s been working for me, I don’t know if it works to lose weight but It has the option to.
