Perfect Keto Coffee Recipe

Keto coffee is quite a bit healthier than your average breakfast, and it has the calories to match. Keto butter coffee gives plenty of energy and a great satiated feeling throughout the morning fasting hours.

2 cups of coffee
2 tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil (or MCT oil)
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (Optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Optional)

260 Calories, 27.7g Fats, 1.05g Net Carbs, and 1.08g Protein.

  1. Arghh!! Now, as much as I love my keto coffee in the morning…I find that with all the fussing around to make it…forces the coffee to cool too quickly. And I’ve although I’ve never really liked hot hot hot coffee….I struggle with the temp thing for my morning brew. And i realize that if lukewarm keto coffee is the only problem I have in my life right now….well…I am truly blessed!!

  2. A take a big, fat spoonful of well-ground peanut butter and dump that in my coffee after I’ve put a little cream it. My cup is a big mason jar so I screw a lid on and shake it like a madmen to blend the peanut butter well (it doesn’t blend well with a spoon).
    If you like peanut butter you gotta try it. A great keto coffee option

  3. Looks amazing I want to try it this weekend. The vanilla extract has a 13% of sugar, however it's just a tbsp so I'm not sure how that'd impact ketosis. Just to be on the safe side I'll use stevia.
