The second recipe moong dal toast is not a great one – ingredients used like white bread, refined salt, eno. Firstly, bread itself is not healthy. Anything packed and processed should be avoided. The only way to be healthy is eat directly from plant like wholesome grains, fruits, vegetables, avoid sugar and salt instead use jaggery powder and rock salt (sendha namak).
