  1. This diet is not vegan (which avoids all animal), and it鈥檚 not paleo (which avoids grains). Grains are inflammatory. I鈥檝e been on a paleo diet for 7 years and since then I haven鈥檛 had a cold nor a flu, my pH became alkaline for the first time and my joints stopped hurting. Besides, no disease can exist in an alkaline environment.

  2. This is stupid. Paleo is MEAT. Notice how unhealthy "Dr." Mark Hyman looks, for Pete's sake! We have all kinds of crazy people in the word and vegans are some of the worst, yet they push that crap off on any fool who will listen to them.

  3. Please watch Cowspiracy and Seaspiracy. There is no such thing as sustainable beef and fish for the masses.

    Besides, we have the anatomy and physiology of herbivores. A whole food plant-based diet without processed oils and sugars is optimum for health (plus B12).

  4. I LOST 40lbs!!! You ask how? I visited website called "Agoge Diet". I selected only food I like and they provided me with DIET MEAL PLAN, TRAINING PLAN, FITNESS TIPS and HEALTHY RECIPES.
