  2. Coconut oil has lauric acid( 12 strain)… wheras mct oil only contains 6,8 and 10 strain( 12 strain is bad)

  3. This is great, but there is an error. You cannot cook at high temp with olive oil, it has a low smoke point. I fry with safflower oil, and use olive oil for everything else. It's awesome. Great video.

  4. I eat keto. It is great. But olive oil is not good for deep frying at high temperatures. Please research n correct this.

  5. My Dr told me broccoli isn't a true veggie. It's made in a odd way. Have you heard this ?

    with my sensitive sick
    stomach….i can't seem to digest these foods&yes i
    Do chew my foods properly
    B4i swallow it..idk why
    ONLY these foods don't agree with me(kiwi,berries
    broccoli,dragon fruits,
    CHIA SEEDS are worse!!!!)

  8. I haven't had sugar or carbs in like six weeks, cravings for them are gone, I'm learning more and more everyday and being in ketosis gives me the energy I need to keep up with my kids. I don't need as much sleep at night and fasting 16:8 gives me the mental clarity I need for our busy mornings. Lol I know this sounds like an ad, it's not. I'm just a regular mom. These videos give me motivation and help me when I get the late night munchies

  9. My husband has high cholesterol and is pre diabetic. His doctor suggested keto. We have both been on it for about a week. Should he eat eggs with his cholesterol being high?

  14. Okay..i did the ketogenic diet for 6.. or 7 days BUT my blood sugar level was 47

    so my question is that normal on keto diet ???

  15. This is the opposite of what I have been learning over the past few years. There is definitely controversial over this as opposed to high carbohydrate diets. I have been told that dairy and meat are killers. I do understand that because this diet stays away from breads, pastas and sugar that the body will use the fat as fuel, but I can't help thinking of the Dr. who gave the TED talk about all the yellow as he called it, "chicken fat" that he saw in peoples veins and arteries as he assisted in operations.

  17. Been on keto for years. AND for practicality I find simpler to just eat fish/meat, eggs, thick cream, lard, Olive Oil, BUTTER, coconut oil/mct oil, some stock cubes, curry powder, chilli, hard cheese. I stopped peanuts, cashews as they help put on weight as you can eat them by the ton. Only vegetables I eat – tomato limited, broccoli, cauliflower. spring onion. Lots of salts.
