  2. Thank you so much. This was extremely hard to find. I must have watched 20 videos. They were all trash. You should try adding more protein. I've seen some studies suggesting a minimum of 30 g per meal for people over 25 to prevent muscle attropy. Preferably a lot more if you're trying to build muscle. There are no essential carbohydrates. I'm sure you've heard that 1 before.

    A restrictive diet is not necessarily a difficult diet. A smoker or alcoholic is better off going cold turkey. You would never tell them everything in moderation. Your recipe looks amazing but it's so complex I may never try it. You have no idea how refreshing it is to breeze through a grocery store grab 2 items and leave with a healthy delicious whole food meal for a family of 4. Or do you?
