  5. I am here to see the comments. There are few people who are commenting ON how much weight do they loss. Intermittent fasting is one of the best way to loss body fat. Initially I loss 4 kgs but don't know why my weight get stucked in 68kg and I am also curious about others too.

  6. If i am doing 14/10 fasting, can you tell me at what time i should finish eating if i start eating window at 9 am

  7. Hyy mam …..if I choose 2nd categories so can I do exercise in morning empty stomach + strength training In evening?? Also mam I don't eat paneer and all only I eat dal roti sbzi so what else can I add in my diet plan??
