I know she says it’s just purple sweet potato and almond milk, but I have questions. Can you use orange sweet potato? Do you use sweetened or unsweetened almond milk? Can you use other plant milks like oat or soy? How much milk do you add to the 370 grams of potato?

  9. Tried the sweet potato porridge, it is so good! If you don't like sweet potato, it's a big no no, I could taste the purple sweet potato, it was so good! I put fruits on mine and it was live changing! Definitely going to make this for some of my breakfast meals!

  12. Chlo try drinking a lots of water to stop bloating, and try to do regular vacuum exercises.
